Subject: Mild humor: A Texas Love Affair

Texas true story. As told by xxxxxx to yyyyyyy (both
former colleagues at MCC, now making their lives in the real world):


  Yesterday I spent 6 hours in my defensive driving class, and learned one
  thing that was noteworthy.
  
  Say you're driving down the road in your pick-em-up truck with the kids in
  the back.  Zoom, you go around a corner and lose one of the kids over the
  side.  What happens?  You get a ticket for "failure to secure a load."
  
  Now, say you're going down the same road with your dogs in the back, make
  the same corner & lose a dog overboard.  In this case, you get TWO
  tickets: one for failure to secure a load and another for cruelty to
  animals.  GOD I LOVE THIS STATE!!
