Grandma & Grandpa were sitting on the front porch one
hot summer afternoon when Grandma had an urge for
ice cream.

Grandma:  "Oh, I think I'll have some ice cream."

Grandpa:  "Sit right here and I'll get it for you."

Grandma:  "No, you'll forget."

Grandpa:  "Here, you want a bowl of ice cream."

Grandma:  "Yes, but I also want chocolate syrup."

Grandpa:  "Ok, ice cream and chocolate syrup."

Grandma:   "No, let me do it because I also want
                       whipped cream.  Yes let me do it
                       because you'll forget."

Grandpa:  "No I won't!  You want a dish of ice cream
                    with chocolate syrup and whipped toppings.
                    See, I remember."

Grandma:  "Yes, but I also want a cherry on top.  Here,
                      you sit and I'll get it."

Grandpa:  "Look.  You want a bowl of ice cream with
                     chocolate syrup, whipped cream and a
                     cherry on top.  See, see, I remember!"

So grandpa went inside.  An hour later
grandpa comes out to the porch with
eggs and toast on a plate with a side
of hash browns.

Grandma:  "See, I told you you'd forget."

Grandpa:  "I didn't forget anything."

Grandma:  "Yes you did.  Where's the bacon ?"
