TITLE: next public C++ draft working paper (Newsgroups: comp.lang.c++.moderated, 9 Oct 96) NAGLE: nagle@netcom.com (John Nagle) C/C++ Report says that the new draft ISO C++ standard is supposed to be published in November. Will it be on the net somewhere? CLAMAGE: clamage@taumet.Eng.Sun.COM (Steve Clamage) This question is better asked in comp.std.c++, and is answered in the FAQ for comp.std.c++ at http://reality.sgi.com/employees/austern_mti/std-c++/faq.html Short answer: When the next public-comment version of the draft is available, we expect it to be made available for public ftp. The location and availability will be announced in the C++ newsgroups as soon as possible. The current plan calls for the public-comment version of the draft to be published in December, but that depends on what happens at the next C++ Committee meeeting in November.
